AppOne Adds Technology, Operations Staff
BATON ROUGE, LA – AppOne, a provider of Internet-based risk mitigation and financial technology to banks, auto finance companies and independent auto dealers throughout the continental United States, announced the addition of several new employees: Felix Carballo, Chris Kimmel, Keith Coulon, Alex Adarmes, Lauren Jarreau, Christopher Matt, Ken Bird, Troy Gleaves, Billy Good, Brandi Cline-Kelly, Lucy Guevara, Louise Montoya and Blanca Robles.

Carballo joins AppOne as director of information technology where he is responsible for implementation, maintenance and management of all company infrastructure and systems. He is also entrusted with ensuring the health and security of networks, servers and computer systems and heads the disaster recovery and business continuity projects. Prior to this position, Carballo, a former staff sergeant and squad leader for the U.S. Army National Guard, was a systems engineer for both Equifax and Appro.

As the senior product development architect, Kimmel is responsible for architecting, designing and developing core software applications that provide the operating foundation for AppOne. He also manages the development and implementation of software applications throughout their life cycles. Prior to this position, Kimmel was an applications developer for both Equifax and Appro.

Coulon is a dealer account specialist for AppOne. In this position he enables independent auto dealers to complete credit transactions and works with both dealers and lenders on the credit approval process. Before joining AppOne, the Louisiana State University alum held managerial positions in the sales and finance departments of local dealerships.

As the controller, Adarmes is responsible for items related to accounting, budgeting, forecasting and reporting. Prior to this position, Adarmes was an accountant for UHY Advisors and served as an intern for PricewaterhouseCoopers and Gainer Donnelly & DesRoches.

Jarreau and Matt are AppOne’s newest dealer services specialists responsible for training new independent auto dealers to effectively use the AppOne system. The pair will also provide ongoing customer service to existing customers. Prior to her position with AppOne, Jarreau was a personal care attendant for St. John the Baptist Human Services. Before joining AppOne, Matt was a senior account representative for a wholesale office equipment supplier.

Bird, Gleaves and Good join AppOne as outside sales representatives for Texas, currently AppOne’s largest market. Prior to this position, Bird served as a business development representative for Marquette Consumer Finance and an investment representative for the Edward Jones Investment Company. Gleaves held the positions of senior account manager at the Credit Card people and director of special finance and finance manager for an independent auto dealer before becoming a part of the AppOne team. Good enters the organization with managerial experience with finance companies including Household Auto Finance and Regional Credit Corporation/BB&T.

Cline-Kelly, Guevara, Montoya and Robles join AppOne as documentation specialists. In this position, they are responsible for auditing retail installment contracts and approving them for funding. Cline-Kelly served as wholesale loan analyst for GMFS Lending LLC before coming to AppOne, while Guevara worked as a Spanish translator. Previously, Montoya served as a loan processor for CitiFinancial and Robles served as a customer service representative for an insurance company.
